Thinking about replacing or upgrading your HVAC system?

With 15+ years of experience in the field we will provide an unbiased consultation, a report of recommendations, and referrals to installers in your area.

Unlike other consultants, Hero Home Inspections has no incentive to up-sell. We do not install, receive commission for sales, or compensation for referrals.

Pre-Listing Inspection

Call for Pricing

A pre-listing inspection provides sellers with upfront information about the condition of their property, which gives them more control over repairs and potentially strengthens their negotiating position.

We are able to customize the inspection to fit your needs and address your concerns. If there are specific areas of the home that concern you, we can target the inspection in those areas.

The format of the inspection can be done as a seller accompanied walk-through where the seller can take their own notes and pictures or we can do a traditional inspection with a full report.

According to the EPA, the maximum “acceptable” level of radon is 4.0 pCi/L. Professional mitigation is the only reliable way to reduce elevated radon readings.

Radon mitigation is any process used to reduce radon gas concentrations in the breathing zones of occupied buildings.  Mitigation of radon in the air is accomplished through ventilation, either collected below a concrete floor slab or a membrane on the ground.

Concentration of radon in the soil and permeability of the soil under the home 2. Structure and construction of the home 3. Type, operation and maintenance of the home's heating, ventilation and air-conditioning (HVAC) system We use the most reliable testing methods to ensure levels are safe in your home.
